四、教材简要分析
《新目标英语》八年级（下册），全书共有十个单元，另两个复习单元。本教材各单元话题灵活，贴近生活实际。本册书将学习的一些语法知识点有：一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的阅读量。
五、教学基本任务和要求
按新课程下的课标，师生共同学习八年级英语教材。作为教师在教学过程中要尊重学生，使学生树立自尊自信，形成健康的心理，树立全球意识。通过本学期的学习，学生能做到吃的透、掌握牢，使学生有运用所学知识分析问题、解决问题的能力。使学生有向上的、积极的心理状态。
六、学生基本情况分析：
本届八年级学生的英语基础方面还很薄弱，经过上学期的不懈努力，学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。我所教的八年级家庭情况一般，家长很少管教孩子。学生智力因素相差较大，非智力因素差别也很大，造成学生两极分化严重。有些学生思想滑坡，心理脆弱，抗挫折能力较差。因此，在今后的工作中应加强以上的工作，达到逐步感化他们。
另外，学生在情感态度，学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。
七、教学方法设计与具体措施：
1、 每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。
2、每天记生词，常用句子和习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。
3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

现行的英语教材内容涉及到各个学科，英语老师必须具备更为丰富的民族文化、历史、地理、政治、经济和社会知识，也应该对英语国家的诸多方面知识谙熟于心。在传统的教学中，教师只是大纲和教材的解说者，知识的灌输者。新课程改革要求教师要成为学生学习的引领者、组织者和合作者。因此，承担着教师业务能力指导与培训，担负教学组织与协调工作的教研组自然而然的成了新课程改革的重要阵地。在新课程建设中，我认为初中英语教研组建设主要有以下几点：
一、建设实践型教研组
教研组作为基层的教学研究单位，要组织教师学习专业知识，引导他们少走弯路，少犯错误。传统教学中强调教师在教学中要循循善诱，学生要积极思考。而新课程标准，强调自主学习、探究学习、合作学习。二者的相同点都是都要求学生自己动起来，主动思考，积极思考。而不同的是，教师的地位与作用，前者旨在授人以“鱼”，后者旨在自我养成“渔”技。新课程理念如果没有一整套科学的课堂评价体系作为引导，没有一个强有力的科研组织去引导实施，是难以实现的。作为基层教学研究单位的教研组，自然应承担起教师备课、教学手段、技术、学习方式等方面探索、实践与变革的重任。
二、建设学习型、合作型、科研型教研组
1、学习型教研组是指一个能支持和帮助教师个人学习和交流的教学研究小组。小组内应有一个共同的学习目标，组内教师应做到资源共享。教研组要定期组织小组成员学习专业知识及相关学科知识，掌握正确的教育观点，了解教育工作的基本规律和方法，同时还要不断鼓励教师对自己的教学不断总结，多写论文，积极参加各种教研活动。我们英语教研组始终坚持定期的教研活动和备课组活动，活动包括：教研组内或同一备课组内开课、说课、听课、评课等一系列活动，促使教师之间互相学习和研讨，从而得出英语教学方法与技能的启示。同时，加强学校之间的学习与交流，结合自己学生的实际学习状况，进行适当的筛选。尤为重要的一点，我们总是挑选教学经验丰富、责任心强、业务能力高的教师带新教师，充分发挥骨干教师传、帮、带作用，以“师”训师。对新教师的教学、思想、业务、方法等方面进行全面实际指导，使她们尽快进入教师角色，胜任英语教学和科研工作。期刊文章分类查询，尽在期刊图书馆构建学习型教研组，对于促进教师的专业发展十分必要，在学习型教研组内，教师人人学习，时时学习，教师既在组内获取信息，又为他人提供学习资源，教师之间是一种共同参与，互教互学的共同组织关系。
2、合作型教研。学校中的所有教师都处在一个相同的教育环境下，面对着同样的受教育者，需要完成相同的教育任务，为实现相同的教育目标而工作，因此，尽管教师个体间存在差异，但这些教师必然都会遇到相似的问题。在此情况下，教师群体中的共同学习与研讨就有了更大的意义和价值。同事间的相互合作与学习，有利于不断的促进教师的成长。同事之间的相互了解，有利于相互扬长避短和共同提高。在教研组的教研活动及备课组的备课评课活动中，允许有不同的创见及探索性课例出现。因此，教师之间的协作，尤其是对教法的探讨，对学法的谋划，教学后的教学小结与反馈，就变得十分必要。这种协作不仅是提高教学效果的重要一环，也是提高教学技能的重要步骤，教研组是实现这一协作的重要平台。以集体备课为例，开展以学科组为单位的集体备课，就要争取做到：淤制定学校集体备课条例，做到“五定”：定时间、定地点、定内容、定主题、定主备人。教师要积极的进行交流，踊跃的发表自己的见解，保证集体备课的质量。于要求教师广泛收集各种资料、信息，要有备而来，每个教师在集体备课前应就所备内容作好充分的准备，深入钻研教材和教法，然后通过集体的智慧加以取舍、完善、总结。盂集体备课还应注重教学效果的及时反馈。教学改革的迅猛发展，学生情况的不断变化，都要求教师能够迅速地做出反应，及时地调整教学策略。
3、科研型教研。教学中的各种问题都有可能成为教师研究的对象，从“新课标理念下教师教学方式的转变”、“学生学习态度、方式的转变”，到“今天批评学生的方法恰当吗”、“在讲解的过程中我还应注意哪些问题”等等。因此，要想搞好教研组建设，就要求学校倡导研究的文化氛围，引导教师以研究的心态进行教育教学，以研究者的眼光分析、解决教学中的实际问题。我们应从教学实际出发，着重在以下几方面进行探索。淤研究教材：分析教材，把握知识体系，从而更合理的安排教学。于研究教法：不同的学生，知识结构，知识水平不同，接受能力，应用能力有差异，教学要因人而异，有计划的实施有差别教学。盂研究学法：学生学习兴趣的培养，学生非智力因素的培养。榆能力培养：观察能力、语言表达能力等的培养。鼓励教师在实施课题研究的过程中，不断总结经验教训，并上升到理性认识。
三、抓好教研组组织建设是关键
教研组是学校的业务重心层面，教研组长是教研组的灵魂，因此，只有优秀的教师才能堪此重任。英语教研组长要具备以下素质：一是要有很高的教学水平，是本学科领域内的业务骨干，确保业务的权威性。二是要有较高的领导能力，具有较强的沟通与组织协调能力，实现对全组的强势领导。三是要有高尚的职业道德，教研组长除了完成自己的本职工作之外，还要帮助、指导其他教师进步，要具有勇挑重担的意识和高尚的奉献精神。四是要有较高的科研能力，具备深厚的教育理论和丰富的教育实践经验，能为新手教师答疑解惑，实现对全组的学术引领。
总之，在信息高度发达、教育高度快速发展的今天，要使我们的英语教研组在竞争中处于优势，就必须具有兼收并蓄的意识，海纳百川的胸怀。经过英语教研组全体老师的积极配合、共同努力，本组教师的素质不断提高，教学、教研工作取得了一定的成绩。

一、教学方面

制定班级奋斗目标及有实效性的班规，强化管理效果。现在的学生会受到来自不同方面的影响，所以对学生除了班规班纪等的约束外，关爱和适当的善意惩罚也很重要。对一些违反纪律同学适当做出惩罚，我的惩罚措施是：一、书面检讨，做深刻反省；二、罚为班里做件好事；三、期末学习成绩提高。知道内情的同学知道老师在实施惩罚，不知内情的同学则以为这些同学在为班里做好事，一则这些同学的自尊得到了最大限度的保护，二则在班里树立了正气，无形中学生的自我约束力加强，提高了班级凝聚力。
